Delivery Terms

At Lavishway, we understand the joy of your new purchase should continue until you discover your furniture and welcoming it safely into your home!

We endeavor to provide your Furniture and Home Decor with the utmost care and our selected delivery partners always strive to fulfill your order as soon as they can. Lavishway offers FREE Standard Delivery on all orders over £49.99 to UK Mainland Customers, however if your order value is under £49.99, then there will be a small charge of £7.99. 

All of our delivery lead times can be found within the product page. Average delivery lead time for the products in stock is between 5 days and upto a maximum of 10 days excluding 3 days to process your order unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

As we work alongside with the number of local & International manufacturers and furniture importers, in some occasions due to a high volume of orders and certain products out of stock, delivery lead time may extend, please contact us via email contactus@lavishway.co.uk if your order does not get delivered in specific time.

Please note, our stock level on our website may not be 100% accurate. We aim to keep the stock level up to date to ensure your buying experience throughout the process until your furniture arrives at your doorstep securely. Please contact us for more information for any specific product you are interested.

Please ensure that you have someone at the premises to accept collections and also the area can be accessed by any vehicle size. Our team is available Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm.

Delivery Surcharge

We, unfortunately, do not offer free delivery if you are living in a remote area or currently stationed outside the UK Mainland. We apologize in advance if you live in these areas as you will have to pay a surcharge on delivery, this is purely down to the couriers charging additional fees for deliveries to these areas. Delivery to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Offshore Islands, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man some areas of Wales, the North East are subject to delivery charges. Additional restrictions apply for Eriskay, Mull, Harris, Lewis, Mingulay, Jura, Shetlands, Easdale, Hebrides, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey.

For any deliveries to these locations, additional charges Will apply, please call us for prices and availability.

Important Message

If you refuse the delivery of goods, you will be subject to the delivery charge incurred via ourselves for the courier to return the goods to ourselves. Refusing a delivery incurs a delivery charge fee may depend on product size and cost, which will be deducted from your original payment.

Manufacturer Warranty 

Most of our products come with a minimum 12-month standard manufacturers warranty, each with their own T&C's included. If any item(s) that you have purchased develops a fault, and it's more than 14 calendar days since you received them, then provided your item(s) are within their warranty period, you will be entitled to a warranty repair. 

In certain cases, manufacturers will need to provide a specialist on-site inspection of the damaged item(s) in order to ascertain the fault. Failure to accept the inspection will result in the return being refused.
