Orders & Return Policy

At Lavishway, we understand the joy of your new purchase should continue until you discover your furniture and welcoming it safely into your home!

All of our delivery lead times can be found within the product page. Average delivery lead time for the products in stock is between 5 working days and upto a maximum of 10 working days excluding 3 days to process your order unless otherwise stated on the product page.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Made to Order
  • Personalized items
  • Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for £25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Items you have already assembled

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

Please note, we cannot refund delivery fees incurred by the customer upon return of any items, as depending on where the consumer lives and the delivery option chosen during checkout, we offer FREE Delivery on products which are over £49.99 via Lavishway for UK Mainland customers.

Returns must be notified to us in writing via contactus@lavishway.co.uk within 14 days of goods delivered. Item must be unused, unopen, free from defects, returned in their sealed original packaging. Customers need to provide photographic evidence to confirm that the item is still in sealed original packaging and If goods have been opened, assembled, or modified in any way we will be unable to accept the returns.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept return on any mattresses, pillows that have been removed from the original packaging or their vacuum sealed packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We quality check each and every item before dispatch and in the rare case, an item is delivered with any imperfections or damages do occur during logistics.

When order being delivered to your doorstep, we recommend you inspect all the boxes before accepting the delivery. If a product is damaged upon delivery, this should be signed as damaged and you must refuse to accept the delivery. You should then contact Lavishway straight away, so that we can assist you immediately to resolve the problem.

If damage is discovered when the product has been accepted, we will of course offer spare parts, no questions asked, but we will not be able to replace the full product as the delivery was accepted. All you need to do is contact Customer Services, and they will assist you in making sure we select the right part for you.

Lavishway will arrange the return/replacement of goods found to be faulty or damaged free of charge if reported to us as being damaged within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Photographic evidence of the fault must be supplied to contactus@lavishway.co.uk Lavishway will not be held responsible for customers returning goods who have initially stated they want to cancel and then state they are faulty, this does not affect your Statutory Rights. This will result in the replacement part(s) being sent only.

Once we have received any returned items and inspected them, if we find any of the above has been breached we will return the item to you at your expense and no refund will be given. If the item is returned to us in accordance with our terms and conditions a refund will be provided minus the shipping charges.

Returns Procedure

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to let us know you wish to return any items. We will need to know your order reference, the model name, and size of the model you are returning and the date of purchase.

You may deliver the goods back to our warehouse or alternatively, we can arrange collection at a minimum cost which we will be deducted from the refund. Please note, we use third party logistic companies, our customer support representative will contact you prior to the collection and provide you the total cost of return that must be agreed before we arrange the collection date and time.

If collection is required, we will call or email you to arrange a convenient collection date.

You may be required to provide a card or bank details for us to recredit the refund.

Your refund will take between 3 - 14 working days to process, subject to your card type.

Please note this returns policy does not apply to items that have been specifically tailored to your requirements or special order items such as leather/fabric sofa suites and conservatory suites.

Important Message

In case you prefer to return the item at your own cost, this is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods. Lavishway will not take the responsibility if found damage when it reaches us.
