We believe the price you pay for your furniture should always be the best one, which is why we have our Price Promise. In the unlikely event that you find your furniture cheaper elsewhere, we will aim to match or beat that price.

 

Found a Better Price Elsewhere?

If you have found a better price, please make a Price Promise claim. This means that if you find the same item of furniture on a like for like basis cheaper elsewhere online or in-store, we will beat that price!

Please provide one of our sales teams with information including the company name, item, and the price quoted. Items must be delivered to the same standards as our own white-glove service.

Our price promise is only eligible prior to purchase your item. Proof of competitors price must be from a well known and reputable company. Lavishway also has the right to refuse our ‘Price Promise’ if we feel that the offer is in error (web or in-store pricing mistake) or disingenuous. Sale items or promotions are also excluded from our ‘Price Promise’.

Our Price Match Promise applies where:

  • The product must be identical in condition, size, color, and other variant and must have a comparable delivery date or availability
  • The total price must take into account delivery, postage, warranty, fitting, and installation charges where applicable. We will match only against the advertised price offered by the competitor, i.e. this does not include additional promotional activities such as loyalty card points, cashback schemes, and voucher codes.
  • The item price is inclusive of VAT and Free Door Delivery.
  • The item is offered from stock or is available on the same delivery time.
  • The item is brand new and is not second hand or stock clearance or customer returns or from canceled orders.
  • If the retailer has quoted you a cheaper price over the phone or over email, we require you to give us convincing proof about the quote.
  • The retailer must be genuine, we mean the retailer should not be Internet Only Website and must be an established furniture store like us, selling furniture as a business and not an Amazon, eBay seller or an Auction site.
